Promotion Terms (Limited-Time Offer)

This section applies only to the limited-time promotional offer described on our website/app (the "Promotion"). If there is any conflict between this section and other terms, this section controls for the Promotion only.

Eligibility

• Promotion is available to eligible hosts who create and maintain an active parking listing on ParknBnb.
• We may require verification and may withhold or reverse promotional payments if we reasonably believe activity is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these Terms.

Offer Details

• $5 listing bonus: Earn $5 when you host your parking and keep your listing active for 3 consecutive months.
• $5 reservation bonus: For a limited time, earn an extra $5 for each completed reservation on your parking listing.

Limits

• Promotion is limited to the first 1000 listings that meet the listing-bonus requirements.
• Reservation bonus is limited to the first 1000 completed reservations that otherwise qualify.

Fraud / Abuse

• Any reservation deemed to be fraudulent (including suspected self-dealing, collusion, or other abuse) will not earn promotional rewards.
• We may suspend eligibility, withhold promotional amounts, or claw back promotional amounts in our reasonable discretion to protect the integrity of the Promotion.

General

• Promotion availability, timing, and requirements may change or end at any time.
• Promotional rewards are subject to verification and may take time to process.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ParknBnb mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ParknBnb is a mobile application that allows users to find, book, and pay for parking spots. Our Service includes:

• Searching for available parking spots
• Booking and reserving parking spots
• Processing payments for parking services
• Managing parking reservations
• Providing customer support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

When you book a parking spot through our Service:

• You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and parking needs
• Bookings are subject to availability
• You must arrive within the specified time window
• You are responsible for following all parking rules and regulations

4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

4.3 Pricing and Fees

Pricing for parking spots is set by the parking location operators. We may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 1 hour may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed automatically for eligible cancellations. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for bookings that violate our terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ParknBnb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParknBnb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
